Job Summary
Provide direct treatment services to residents per individualized treatment plan, including Activity Therapy, Skills Training, Case Management, Community Psychiatric Support, and Crisis Intervention; document services in the EHR; conduct group sessions using approved curricula; offer direct skills coaching in independent living, navigating the medical community, and community living; transport clients to/from the program as needed; adhere to productivity standards for documentation; schedule Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00pm–10:30pm (Full Time, Swing); role falls under AFSCME bargaining unit; River Bridge SRTF in Eugene, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Must be registered as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO).
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field; OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting; OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education and satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training
- Driving is an essential function; valid driver’s license from state of residence or obtain within 30 days; safe driving record; ability to pass DHS background check.
- Must be 18 or older at time of hire (per OAR 309-035-0135)
- Ability to lift and transfer clients; crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings; physical tasks as applicable
