Job Summary
Residential Manager to lead the ID/DD Residential team at Village Behavioral Health. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the residential facility, ensuring cleanliness, coordinating services for individuals, supervising and evaluating staff, training employees, managing daily schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Requires experience with ID/DD populations, leadership experience, driver’s license, strong time management, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with individuals, families, care teams, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of successful work experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- 2-5 years of managerial experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Open availability; able to work a flexible work schedule
- Time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, community, and staff members
- Positive and optimistic attitude
