Job Summary
The Residence Manager is responsible for overseeing daily shift operations of a residential facility, coordinating staff training, ensuring compliance with Individual Program Plans (IPP), and maintaining documentation and reports. This role includes advocating for individuals, supervising staff, problem-solving daily issues, and maintaining the safety and well-being of residents. Candidates should have an Associates degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience, with knowledge of basic computer programs.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Human Services or related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience
- Knowledge of basic computer programs (Including Windows Office Suite)
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
