Job Summary
The Residence Manager oversees daily shift operations of the residential facility, coordinates staff training and ensures services improve individuals' quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing Individual Program Plans (IPP), supervising and problem-solving daily operations, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advocating for community integration for individuals with disabilities. Requires an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, at least one year of experience, basic computer skills, and a valid NYS Driver’s License.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Human Services or related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience
- Knowledge of basic computer programs (Including Windows Office Suite)
- Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License
