Job Summary
Residential Manager overseeing dormitory operations in a 24/7 setting: plan, coordinate, and manage administrative and programmatic activities; supervise staff schedules; conduct weekly walkthroughs; ensure data integrity in reporting; manage budgets and purchasing; facilitate staff meetings and training; provide incident response and student support; generate weekly/monthly reports; promote safe, clean living conditions; oversee social skills and student leadership activities; ensure compliance with safety practices; supervise personnel needs with HR for screening, interviews, promotions, and performance appraisals; maintain accountability of staff, students, and property; drive a respectful, harassment-free environment; require bachelor’s degree and at least two years related experience with supervisory experience and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Two years' experience in a related field such as counseling, education, social work, rehabilitation, or vocational guidance
- One-year supervisory experience
- Experience working with diverse youth
- A valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record
