Job Summary
Manage daily operations of assigned residential locations by implementing person-centered plans through on-site observation, role modeling, and training. Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including floaters and substitutes, by monitoring performance during shifts and conducting unannounced visits. Ensure staffing schedules meet the needs of supported individuals while maintaining accurate documentation for house funds, payroll, and regulatory reports. Respond timely to incidents following agency policies and participate in team meetings with providers and natural supports. Maintain a safe working environment by managing crises and ensuring compliance with state and federal statutes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License (USA)
- Ability to provide coverage on nights and weekends
- Sleepover in a residential setting may be required
- Driving and travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings
- Experience working with children or adults (dependent upon population served) with a mental health diagnosis or an intellectual/developmental disability
- Management Experience
