Job Summary
Residential Manager responsible for onsite management of daily operations at assigned locations in North Carolina. Lead staff to implement person-centered plans and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential/community settings. Responsibilities include developing and updating plans, participating in team meetings, ensuring documentation accuracy, supervising staff (including floaters and substitute staff), conducting performance evaluations and coaching, managing time sheets and payroll-related duties, coordinating communications across shifts and with families and external providers, ensuring programs meet people’s needs, maintaining budgeted expenditures, maintaining records in the EHR/medical records, and ensuring safe working environments with on-call coverage and potential sleepovers. Requires ability to drive and travel as needed; evenings/weekends on-call availability; on-site supervision and leadership in a licensed care setting. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Drivers License (Valid) - USA
- Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings | 2 years | Not Required
- Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis or an IDD | 2 years | Not Required
- Management Experience | 1 Year | Not Required
