Job Summary
The Residential Manager provides onsite management of the daily operations of assigned locations, supporting staff and the individuals they support to enhance quality of life and help each person achieve their personal dreams and goals within the community. Responsibilities include implementing person-centered plans creatively and timely, supervising staff, participating in team meetings, ensuring documentation and plans are updated, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating with families and external providers, ensuring safety and crisis response, and providing leadership across shifts, including possible sleepovers and on-call coverage. Driving may be required; a valid driver’s license is expected. Strong emphasis on mentoring staff, maintaining accurate records (including time sheets and payroll-related duties), and upholding agency policies and regulatory requirements.

- Drivers License (Valid)
- Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings | 2 years | Not Required
- Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis or an intellectual/developmental disability | 2 years | Not Required
- Management Experience | 1 Year | Not Required
