Residential Manager - Live Oak

Residential Manager leads, oversees, and supervises Residential Operations staff to ensure high-quality services in group home settings. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing Residential Supervisors and staff; ensuring adequate shift coverage; participating in budgeting and fiscal management; conducting safety inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance; supervising medication administration per pharmacy, nursing, and state guidelines; supporting admissions decisions; ensuring licensing and regulatory adherence; coordinating family support and program transitions; participating in executive committee activities; supervising inventory management, and providing 24-hour call coverage as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, at least one year of supervisory experience, CPR/First Aid certifications, and a valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance.
