Job Summary
Residential Manager for an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) in Charlotte, NC. The role provides onsite management of daily operations across ICF locations, offering leadership to staff, ensuring implementation of person-centered plans, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key duties include supervising staff, coaching and evaluating performance, coordinating with teams and external providers, managing documentation and budgeting, ensuring secure and appropriate use of funds, maintaining safety and crisis procedures, on-call coverage, and potential sleepovers. The position emphasizes enhancing quality of life for individuals served and achieving program objectives within Monarch’s LTSS services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Drivers License (Valid) - USA
- Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings (2 years)
- Experience working with children or adults with mental health diagnosis or IDD (2 years)
- Management Experience (1 Year)
