Residential Manager

Supervise and coordinate efforts of staff assigned to the residence, schedule weekly meetings, and chair Program Planning Team sessions. Accurately complete residential reports and act as liaison for contracted services, ensuring timely correction of physical deficiencies and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop home budgets, manage emergency evacuation records, and guarantee the health, safety, and welfare of all consumers. Become certified in First Aid, CPR, SCIP, and Medication Administration within three months. On call 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Requires Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Social Services, Psychology, or Human Development and two years experience with adults with disabilities.
