Job Summary
Residential Manager responsible for effectively managing operations of the homes for individuals with disabilities, coordinating with Program Managers and the IDT to ensure health, welfare, and safety of residents. Includes ensuring staff training, timely documentation, regular audits of the home/vehicle, and safety of the environment. Requires a 40-hour flexible schedule with weekend days and afternoon/evening coverage, English proficiency, PC/software skills, familiarity with Therap and Time IPS systems, and adherence to background checks and TB testing. Must have a valid NM driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a high school diploma, with at least 2 years of experience working with persons with disabilities and/or behavioral health challenges.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of successful employment working with persons with disabilities and/or behavioral health challenges
- Valid New Mexico Driver's License
- Valid Auto Liability Insurance
- Pass required background checks
- Completion of a TB test
- Job-Related Certification(s)/Trainings, as deemed necessary by Great Livin' LLC and/or the state of New Mexico
