Job Summary

Provide oversight to assigned group homes, delivering on-call and on-the-floor support to fill staffing gaps during evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. Manage operations including individual and group home finances, staff scheduling, and monthly meetings while delivering ongoing support, training, and development to team members. Comply with all safety standards and licensing requirements set by Devereux and regulatory bodies. This role requires a valid driver's license, two years of progressive responsibility in a residential setting supporting people with disabilities, and one year of supervisory experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Active NADSP Frontline Supervisor Certification
  • Minimum of two years of progressive responsibility in a community/residential setting supporting people with disabilities
  • At least one-year Supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving history
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn computer functions to execute the job
  • Physical ability to walk and stand 1/2 to 3/4 of the workday
  • Physical ability to sit 1/4 to 1/2 of the workday
  • Physical ability to stoop and bend
  • Physical ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs
  • Vision and physical ability to regularly operate Devereux vehicles
  • Physical ability to successfully perform CPR, First Aid procedures, and Crisis Prevention/Intervention techniques
  • Freedom from dependency and abuse of illegal or illicit drugs, alcohol, inhalants, or other chemical substances or controlled substances
  • Availability to work evening, overnight, weekend, and/or holiday hours when needed
  • Ability to manage operations of assigned group home(s), including managing individual and group home finances, scheduling staff, conducting monthly meetings
  • Ability to deliver ongoing support, training, and development to staff working in the group home
  • Ability to comply with all safety standards and licensing requirements set by Devereux and regulatory bodies
  • Ability to put the needs of others first
