Job Summary
The Residential Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of care and daily operations of a residential home, coordinating staff hiring and training, monitoring medical and clinical needs, managing program budgets, and ensuring compliance with care standards. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting performance evaluations, maintaining certifications, and managing administrative tasks. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in direct care, with supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or Associates degree with 2 years experience, or High school diploma with 3-5 years experience in direct care
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Valid US driver's license with one year of driving experience
- Understanding of clinical needs of people served
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in managing residential care environments
- Experience with financial management
- Experience in staff supervision
- Familiarity with behavior management and human rights regulations
