Job Summary
Residential Manager oversees daily operations of Chrysalis residential programs serving at-risk adults/juveniles with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Supervises Direct Care Professionals, assists in Health/Person Centered Plans, oversees Behavior Plans and supervision guidelines, ensures attendance and schedule adherence, manages staff training and onboarding, handles timesheets and records, maintains nutrition plans and financial records for individuals, and ensures compliance with ADA/FMLA policies. Requires on-call availability 24/7, strong communication with teams, and the ability to manage personnel issues and crises. Starts at $19.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of six months of related experience with people with disabilities
- Minimum of six months of management experience
- Complete all initial and on-going training requirements
- Complete management training with appropriate administration
