Job Summary
Residential Manager in the Capital Region responsible for supervising a group residential program, stepping in to fill vacancies, and delivering supportive leadership to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Requires positive interaction with residents, a history of leadership, ability to cover on-call emergencies, and a valid NYS driver’s license with acceptable driving record; SCIP-R certification may be required based on program needs. Full-time salaried role with typically M-F schedule and additional hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
