Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the group home and lead the treatment team; ensure treatment interventions are maintained and communicated across shifts; contribute to the development of Individual Treatment Plans and coordinate individual/group/family therapies; enforce residents' rights and safety procedures; supervise staff and complete performance evaluations; manage resident finances and oversee maintenance of residents, vehicles, and equipment; participate in mandatory trainings and corporate committees; support community and group activities to build skills and coping mechanisms; maintain alignment with State of Montana licensing standards and participate in licensing reviews. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with four years of direct community-based program experience and two years of supervisory/leadership experience; valid Montana Driver’s License; training in HELP, Medication Certification, First Aid/CPR, Blood Borne Pathogens, and related safety/health areas upon hire. Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field (preferred; equivalency can be used based on experience and education)
- Minimum of four (4) years of direct employment experience in a community-based program
- Two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Valid Montana Driver’s License
