Job Summary
Provide leadership to service teams by recruiting, training, and supervising residential staff while overseeing implementation of Individual Support Agreements and the residence budget. Conduct regular meetings with client teams, coordinate with nursing staff regarding medications and consultation, and develop intervention strategies to ensure client safety and wellbeing. Monitor state and federal regulatory requirements, complete required program documentation, and provide evening and weekend oncall support in a team rotation. Drive a personal vehicle as required. Full-time exempt role with annual salary starting at $49,493.17.
Required Qualifications
- Six years' combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services
- Qualified Development Disability Professional
- Valid drivers license and use of a personal vehicle
- Driving required
