Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive group home cohesiveness while overseeing business operations, DDS reporting, and licensing compliance. Manage staffing relationships, scheduling, and interviewing processes to ensure stability, and lead the Direct Support Professional while prioritizing individual wellbeing and PCP decision-making opportunities. Oversee field operations including territory management, inventory control, product quality assurance, and financial stability for spend downs and payroll. Conduct weekly and monthly reporting, manage training efficiency, and respond to urgent matters or emergencies as required. Work occasional evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to fulfill locational staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previously running a group home
- PMT
- Med cert
- First Aid/CPR
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a Background Check
- Ability to work occasional evenings, nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to promptly respond to urgent matters/emergencies either by phone or in-person
- Comprehensive ability to speak, write, and clinically document in English
- Technologic proficiency
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and Outlook
- Experience with creating and managing employee schedules
- Experience with managing ratios
- Experience with managing employee time off
- Experience with managing conflict resolution
- Ability to work occasional/infrequent weekends, evenings, nights, or holidays
