Job Summary
Complete residential service tickets and provide before and after photos to log all assigned work orders accurately. Manage vacant properties by preparing them through the turnover process so the home is ready to lease. Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, service, and replacements in a responsible and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and remove bulk trash or clear drains as needed. Get paid weekly via direct deposit as a 1099 independent contractor. Must pass a background check and possess hands-on handyman skills with a positive attitude.
