Job Summary
Complete residential service tickets by resolving electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, and replacements while providing before and after photos to log all work orders accurately. Manage vacant properties through the turnover process to prepare homes for leasing and clear drains or remove bulk trash as needed. Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and handle minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and door repairs. Perform tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds and climbing ladders. Submit applications via W9 upload or form fill.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to lift to 40 pounds and climb ladders
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
