RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS NEEDED

Job Summary
Complete residential service tickets by resolving electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, and replacements while providing before and after photos to log all work orders accurately. Manage vacant properties through the turnover process to prepare homes for leasing, and clear drains, remove bulk trash, and perform minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs. Serve tenants with excellent customer service and respond to requests for light fixtures, doors, caulking, and window screens. Perform duties including lifting up to 40 pounds and climbing ladders. Work as a 1099 independent contractor receiving weekly direct deposit, with the ability to pass a background check.
