Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for Short Term Rental properties responsible for routine maintenance and light repairs in furnished vacation rental homes, including changing air filters and light bulbs, maintaining grills, leak checks, minor plumbing/electrical repairs, drywall and paint touch-ups, exterior cleaning, and responsibility to travel between sites (typically 1-2 homes per day); requires reliable car, English literacy, legal work authorization in the U.S., ability to bend/squat/lift/climb stairs, and willingness to undergo a background check. Part-time role with 20-35 hours per week, paid weekly, with benefits such as health insurance and 401(k) for eligible employees; W-2 employment with uniforms and paid training.
