Duties include diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues in apartments and common areas, responding to emergency maintenance calls, completing service requests within 24 hours, painting, and conducting routine inspections. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, two years of related experience, HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license. The role requires the ability to lift and move heavy items, ensure a clean working environment, and adhere to safety standards.
