Job Summary
Residential Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing a broad range of trades across scattered-site residential properties, handling 4–5 work orders daily, and responding to scheduled service calls. Must perform plumbing, tile work, painting, electrical, carpentry, HVAC basics, and appliance repairs; provide clear communication with tenants and managers; document completed work orders; and escalate complex issues as needed. Requires 2+ years of hands-on experience in multi-site maintenance, a valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation/insurance, and ability to work independently with occasional after-hours calls. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in multi-site/scattered-site residential maintenance
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record
