Job Summary
Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installation by supporting lead installers with equipment setup, material handling, and jobsite prep. Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site. Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials, and follow safety procedures and company installation standards. Represent Carolina Heating with professionalism and a positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
