Residential Living Manager

Oversee program operations for residential substance abuse halfway house locations by maintaining a 90% bed utilization rate through timely referrals, client interviews, and resident approvals. Provide daily supervision of staff via direct contact and bi-monthly meetings, conduct performance evaluations at 90 days and annually, and manage staffing needs with Human Resources to fill vacancies and address performance issues. Ensure compliance with state service definitions and regulatory requirements by acting as the primary contact for state surveys and audits. Develop and maintain programs targeting 75% client stability and employment by graduation, while monitoring billing documentation and authorizations for accuracy. Serve as the liaison between the Residential Director and Treatment Team through weekly communication, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring appropriate program implementation.
