Job Summary
Oversee daily residential living programs to foster student retention, satisfaction, and success by supervising staff, coordinating coverage, and managing dormitory facilities. Conduct individualized case management for students, establish mentoring relationships, and lead social development training including independent living and leadership skills. Resolve student and staff issues with proper judgment, evaluate employee performance, and discipline or recommend termination as needed. Provide transportation when required and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive student data. Ensure the center meets performance goals while adhering to all integrity guidelines and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in working with youth student, supervision (Job Corps or similar setting preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for youth development and creating a positive impact
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
- A minimum two years of experience in program management and direction with a substantial experience working with youth
- Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet the Company insurability requirements
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching
- Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance
