Job Summary
Conduct residential alcohol/drug and addiction therapy, including evaluations, individual, family/couples, and group sessions. Maintain a caseload of no more than eight clients while facilitating psycho-educational lectures and treatment planning. Complete comprehensive initial assessments, authorizations, and clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies. Collaborate with family members, probation, parole, and DHHS to obtain collateral information and communicate clinical staffing decisions. Provide 24-hour emergency coverage duties, in-office, or after-hours as assigned. Attend clinical staffing, staff meetings, and supervisions. Occasional weekend availability is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- Insurable driving record
- At least 21 years of age
- Master's degree (M. A. or M.S.) in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field
- Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP)
- Licensed Alcohol-Drug Counselor (LADC)
- Criminal Justice provider status
