Job Summary
Serve as the primary fulfillment contact for UHNW clients, guiding them through application, documentation, and closing logistics for residential mortgages and HELOCs. Coordinate end-to-end closing with attorneys, escrow agents, and brokers while ensuring accurate disclosures and timely funding. Manage complex loan structures for entities including trusts, LLCs, and partnerships, and maintain audit-ready files within internal systems. Proactively resolve issues to ensure clean handoffs to servicing teams and support quality control and regulatory reviews. Work in the Jacksonville, FL office under a hybrid model with a salary of $75,000-$85,000.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in residential mortgage fulfillment, processing/closing, or Underwriting experience, preferably within Private Banking Wealth Management
- Demonstrated experience managing complex UHNW mortgage borrowers and loan structures
- Exceptional client communication skills with the ability to explain technical requirements clearly and confidently
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and issue-resolution skills
- Familiarity with Trust, LLC, LP, and other entity borrowing structures
- Exposure to operational risk, quality assurance, and regulatory documentation standards
- Current NMLS registration or obtain within 90 days
- It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex income structures
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (TRID, RESPA, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire lending process
