Job Summary
Process and review applications for new rentals, prepare lease paperwork for move-ins, and review existing leases. Conduct tours of available apartments, process requests from tenants and maintenance staff, and assist in coordinating resident activities. Serve as the primary ambassador between the public, residents, and community management by assessing client needs and providing exceptional service. Requires CA Real Estate License, AMSI/YARDI experience, and completion of CA Fair Housing Act training. This temporary, first-shift role reports to Aunjel Perry and offers medical insurance and paid sick days.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with AMSI, YARDI and/or Rent Roll
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong customer service focus for both internal and external customers
- Must have or be willing to take CA Fair Housing Act training course and obtain a certification of completion with passing score 80% or higher
- AA Degree 2+ years
- BA Degree 4+ years
- CA REAL ESTATE LIC.
- High School Diploma
- GED
- TCAC Tax Credit

Desired Qualifications
