Supportive Residential Leasing Agent role focusing on prospect engagement, property tours, and smooth lease processing across 14 buildings in London, ON. Collaborate with Leasing Consultant to promote properties via digital channels, maintain a leasing pipeline, conduct market surveys, and coordinate move-ins post-lease, while delivering exceptional resident experiences and aligning with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in residential leasing
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; Yardi a plus
- Strong social media skills (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok)
- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and proactive approach
- CRM knowledge
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively
- Understanding of Residential Tenancies Act, Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code, Fire Code, Building Standards Code, Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Criminal background check (paid by employer)
- Valid G driver's license, access to vehicle, and auto insurance with $1,000,000 liability
