Job Summary
Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants while responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant applications, and support the leasing manager in preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents by addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive living experience for residents. Work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing or customer service
