Job Summary
Greet prospects, visitors, and residents; provide responsive, courteous, and thorough information in person, over the phone, and in written correspondence. See new residents through the initial leasing process and administer lease renewals, requests for transfers, and move-in/out logistics. Assist with package deliveries, opening requests for service, and purchase orders while monitoring satisfaction surveys and online reviews to uphold quality standards. Resolve resident inquiries by accurately assessing root causes and ensuring satisfaction. Attend onsite resident activities with schedule flexibility for early evenings, adhering to safety policies, fair housing laws, and community values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Direct Multi-family Industry experience (1 year preferred)
- Strong customer service and hospitality orientation
- Strong administrative and organization skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Thorough attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership and see things through to completion
- Familiarity with and a working knowledge of the Chicagoland area, including public transportation and social activities
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excellent communication - both over the phone and in written correspondence
- Ability to be an effective presenter
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet goals and deadlines
- Excellent attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Resolve to provide positive, prompt, and friendly service
- Schedule flexibility for early evenings
- Ability to accurately assess the root cause of each resident inquiry
- Ability to resolve any issues that arise
- Ability to adhere to federal, state and local laws pertaining to the operation of the community and Fair Housing

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Direct Multi-family Industry experience (1 year preferred) for a luxury community
