Job Summary
Oversee daily shift operations in a residential setting, ensure medication administration per policy, support individuals in skill-building and community integration, guide staff in implementing care plans and behavior strategies, maintain a clean, safe home-like environment, monitor progress and complete documentation, assist with scheduling and minimize overtime, and ensure compliance with policies and inspections while providing hands-on personal care.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Intellectual Disability (IDD/DDD) Support Experience
- Willingness to provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting and maintaining personal hygiene
- High school Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting
