Job Summary
Residential Lead oversees the day-to-day operation of the residential program by supervising Residential Support Staff, modeling and assisting in delivering services, and ensuring person-centered plans are applied. The role coordinates with school staff, state workers, family, therapists, and residential placement to meet medical, financial, and recreational needs while maintaining appropriate staff ratios and training. The position supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to gain greater independence, guided by Chrysalis values of Respect, Safety, Fun, Mentoring, and Accountability. Required: 21+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, experience in the disability field, strong verbal/written communication, supervisory ability, crisis management, and a flexible schedule; must have a valid driver’s license with up to two minor violations and reliable transportation.
