Job Summary
As a Residential Lawn Care Specialist at TruGreen, you will apply fertilizers and weed control treatments, diagnose lawn issues, and provide solutions during customer interactions. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in horticulture, landscaping, customer service, or related fields preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card
- Ability to read work instructions and complete documentation clearly and accurately
- Basic math skills for property measurements and product calculations
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable time management and commitment to punctuality
