Job Summary
Conduct residential landscape renovation construction as part of a small crew, specializing in general landscape construction, hardscaping, and water management systems. Operate small and mid-size equipment including mini-loaders, skidsteers, and demo saws while executing stone patio installations, retaining wall construction, and complex drainage layouts. Interpret blueprints and designs to perform on-site layout using laser levels and transits, manage client relations and crew coordination, and ensure safe operation of truck and trailer combinations. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation to our shop outside northwest Arvada, and a strong work ethic for a physically demanding role.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable and on time every day
- Good references from recent employers
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: General landscape construction
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Safe operation of various truck and trailer combinations
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Landscape lighting
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: General plant knowledge and planting techniques
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Small and mid-size equipment operation: mini-loader, demo saw, sod cutter, skidsteer, mini-ex, etc
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Driving trucks with trailers
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Stone and paver patio and walkway installation
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Natural stone and concrete block retaining wall construction
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Boulder setting
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Masonry and concrete
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Sprinkler system design, layout and installation
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Complex drainage systems and site grading
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Water feature construction
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Client relation and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Crew management
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Comprehension of blueprints/designs and the ability to do on-site layout
- 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: General use of laser level/transit
- Hard-working
