Job Summary
Prepare and serve meals to patients, visitors, and staff while following the approved dietary manual for food preparation and storage. Assist in planning future meals, wash and store all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, and stock required areas using proper dish machine and three-compartment sink techniques. Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation throughout all kitchen operations. Communicate appropriately with patients, visitors, and staff. This full-time role includes an 11am-7:30 pm schedule with weekend coverage. Candidates must possess a current AZ DPS fingerprint card, obtain an Arizona food handler's card within 30 days of hire, and have CPR/BLS certification prior to starting work.

- Ability to read, write, and follow directions
- Prior experience
- desire to learn portioning, preparing, and serving
- Familiarity with Safety and Sanitation practices
- Must have CPR/BLS prior to starting work
