Job Summary
Residential Instructor responsible for aiding adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities in daily living activities, implementing individual behavioral plans, teaching new skills, guiding community outings, and ensuring health and safety. Responsibilities include administering medication, assisting with meals and personal hygiene, transportation to medical appointments, documenting health and safety information, and reporting concerns. Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license; work shifts span mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends in 24-hour residential homes.
