Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management while supporting community outings and transportation. Maintain a safe, structured environment by building positive relationships that encourage independence and community involvement. Ensure compliance with safety requirements including lifting 50 lbs, passing background checks, and obtaining CPR/First Aid certification. Work 24 hours on the second shift in a part-time capacity within our residential programs. Join a team dedicated to helping individuals build daily living skills and reach their highest level of independence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
