Job Summary
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration while supporting community outings, transportation, and activities. Build positive relationships to encourage independence and maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment within residential programs. This role requires lifting 50 lbs, passing background checks, and obtaining CPR/First Aid certification. Full-time 32-hour 2nd shift position with competitive pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 403(b) retirement match, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
