Job Summary
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management while supporting community outings and transportation. Build positive relationships with residents to encourage independence and maintain a safe, structured environment. This role requires lifting 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification. You must pass background checks and fingerprints. Work 24 hours per week in the 1st shift at Hope Network. Required Qualifications
