Job Summary
The Residential Instructor role involves encouraging positive relationship building and promoting independence among individuals, transporting and participating in community activities, providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, administering medication and monitoring health, as well as cooking and dietary support. Candidates should possess basic computer skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a valid Michigan driver’s license. Certification in CPR/First Aid is also required.
Required Qualifications

- Valid State of Michigan driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background checks as applicable
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
