Job Summary
Residential Instructor provides direct support, supervision, and person-centered care within residential programs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and medications, supporting community outings and transportation, building positive relationships to encourage independence, and maintaining a safe, structured environment to help residents reach greater independence and community involvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Background checks and fingerprints
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
