Job Summary
Residential Instructor provides direct support, supervision, and person-centered care in residential programs. Lead residents in daily living and independent living skills, assist with ADLs, personal care, medications, and transportation, and support community outings to promote independence and community involvement. Build trust through strong communication, compassion, and teamwork; maintain a safe, structured environment and adapt to individual needs. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs., pass background checks, and CPR/First Aid certification when applicable. Part-time, 2nd shift (16 hours) in Grand Rapids, MI.
