Job Summary
As a Residential Instructor, you will encourage positive relationship building and promote independence among individuals. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, providing transportation and participation in community activities, administering medication, monitoring health, and supporting dietary needs. A High School Diploma is preferred, with skills needed in lifting, CPR/First Aid certification, and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid State of Michigan driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
- Possess basic computer skills
