Job Summary
Broadband installation and troubleshooting responsibilities including installing and changing service for voice, video and data, completing field assessments, and ensuring safety and compliance with NEC/NESC. Performs service calls, designs basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi‐Fi, maintains records for customer accounts, educates customers on products and services, and adapts to customer needs. Requires driving a company vehicle, climbing poles/ladders, work in various weather conditions, and willingness to complete required training and certifications. Emphasizes safety, quality of service, and effective communication with customers and teammates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to climb poles and ladders
- Basic knowledge of Ethernet and Wi-Fi networks
- Willingness to complete required trainings and certifications
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
