Residential Installation & Service Technician responsible for broadband installation and troubleshooting of voice, video and data services; performs installations and changes of service following NEC/NESC and local codes; designs basic home networks using coax, Ethernet, and Wi‐Fi; completes customer interactions, service calls, and maintains records; uses digital tools and diagnostics to verify service quality; conducts installations in various environments including work at heights and lifting heavy loads; requires licensing/background checks as applicable and a valid driver's license; may work weekends, overtime, and travel as needed; safety and customer education emphasized; works under established procedures with increasing proficiency toward advancement.
Required Qualifications
