Job Summary
Residential Installation & Service Technician role responsible for in-home broadband installation and troubleshooting of voice, video, and data services. Performs field installations, service changes, and disconnects, diagnoses issues from network to customer equipment, and installs basic home networks (coaxial, Ethernet, Wi‐Fi) per customer needs. Requires safe work practices, ability to work in customers’ homes and varying environments, and adherence to training and safety certifications. Strong emphasis on customer interaction, documentation of work, and maintaining tools/equipment; physical work including lifting up to 70 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in outdoor spaces. Must be able to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Education on safety, certifications, and ongoing training is required; base pay is $20/hour with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
